So far very good! Happy to pay slightly more as photographs and the 3D Tour done by Lucy are excellent. Sylvia who does the valuations is great! All staff seem friendly and communication has been very good which is important! Got on the market very quickly, viewing just over a week after first contact. Just need some offers now!
